there was a screwed & chopped version of <i>boy in da corner</i> making the usual slsk rounds. it was uh interesting.

I tried a bit of this last week after Pearsall's codeine-ified blog post and the results were mixed. Here's a clip of the 'Pow' Hector mix pitched down and running at 70/140 bpm. Nothing to write home about but there's potential in it.

I'd like to hear that Dizzee track.

These are interesting ... I'm hearing the mixed results feeling though. what I'd really like to hear is more R&G type stuff given the treatment, "So Sure" or a tune like that. could turn out nice I think. I'm not the guy to do it though unfortunately at least not right now.
