I'm sure lots of people already know about this but I felt like posting it for the maybe two people who don't...they have an archive full of WBMX mixes and random chicago DJ sets from the past 20 years. Right now I'm listening to Bad Boy Bill's live set on WBMX from 1988 and it's pretty terrific. (Some of them are free mp3 downloads, others are just streaming.)

This Tony Humphries mix from 1993 is so so dope, but I don't know nearly enough of the track names!!!

If it's half as good as this (http://www.discogs.com/release/174974), it's damn good. I'll definitely give it a listen.

Some of the Ron Hardy ones are amazing - it was listening to these that made me finally realise what a subtle transition from disco that house & techno had been rather than the incredible revolution I had assumed as a teenager living in Britain
