you can be cinematic with beats though
i mean, i get the "goth" label, but not "rock"
but I'd also say the same of the bayle

babalon might generally be better described as ambient breakcore 😆

yes, and I don't really have the weedy constitution for ambient, generally.

Even ambient jungle is a misnomer I feel, I would prefer to call it deep jungle to the shock horror of @blissblogger and @Corpsey - but I do think that sound has more in common with deep house than it does 90s ambient music.

in the UK goth and goth rock are synonymous culturally, even if strictly speaking they are not.

Weird, when I open the app most of the shows say 'los angeles' 'berlin' 'marseille' and so on, I assumed that meant that's where it was being recorded
It was originally based in a little shack on Gillette Square (I dunno the spelling) in Dalston that was bizarrely way more primitive than every other station in London. I say originally, it was there for a long time but I think that when that square got revamped they maybe moved out. But yeah they do shows from all over and I'm pretty sure if it says Berlin in the title of a show then in that case they are broadcasting from Berlin.

People really are leaving genre behind for “mood,” this is where clicking ‘Explore’ immediately sent me. Interesting the emphasis on passivity, ‘lean back,’ ‘healing space’ (man laying down) and ‘sedative’ all have their own homes. Spotify AI gives way to the NTS NPC

I like Nathan G, that show used to be him and Ivan Smagghe.

He does this Cowboy Rhythmbox thing with Richard X too - I actually bought one of their records in Oxford the other day. They are all kinda the same but I like them.
