i remember when constantly hating was starting to get played around. intimidating blokes having it booming out of car speakers. my friends into it. to this day i don't know how he got away with it. i don't know how he made it acceptable to be all fey.

The tension in the room when there's a subliminal Migos diss is almost unbearable. It's like when Clint Eastwood first walks into the saloon of a new town. Camera lingering on a bead of sweat trickling down a stubbled neck. Eyes narrow. Conversation stalls.

That lil gotit thread made me think it was time to go back and see how he's been doing. Remind myself I use to be in love.

I think there was just too much music released at once. Needed somed space. OD.

It's not indistinct, cloudy or whatever. It's hyper clear, primary colours, lush, poignant harmonies...

It all sounds amazing when you're stoned on a hot day.

I didn’t like Huncho jack when it came out and didn’t even bother to listen to super slimes and now they’re two of my favourite albums from the decade. Took me revisiting them for that too happen.

2017 had culture, quality control, playboy carti, super slimey, without warning, Huncho jack. It’s ubiquity innocuates you to it at a certain point.

Also can’t find anywhere that does good rap mixes, so you don’t get anyone curating for you or things suddenly shining in a mix. Not like the old days.
