Anyone ever notice how many band names are derived from Eno's "Taking Tiger Mountain..."? I almost think it may hold some kind of record. They're all good, too.

difficult to separate a band from its output, but:

i've always thought 'clap your hands say yeah!' is a great band name. shame about the music.

atari teenage riot is my other longstanding favourite.
