"This study provides direct evidence that vitamin D sufficiency can reduce the complications, including the cytokine storm (release of too many proteins into the blood too quickly) and ultimately death from COVID-19,"

My only question is was it February or March when I knew and said this would be the case?

Definitely. I have been for years now.
Google "Vitamin D hammer"

"A colleague of mine and I have introduced vitamin D at doses that have achieved greater than 100 nmol/L in most of our patients for the past number of years, and we now see very few patients in our clinics with the flu or influenzalike illness. In those patients who do have influenza, we have treated them with the vitamin D hammer, as coined by my colleague. This is a 1-time 50 000 IU dose of vitamin D3 or 10 000 IU 3 times daily for 2 to 3 days. The results are dramatic, with complete resolution of symptoms in 48 to 72 hours. One-time doses of vitamin D at this level have been used safely and have never been shown to be toxic.8 We urgently need a study of this intervention. The cost of vitamin D is about a penny for 1000 IU, so this treatment costs less than a dollar."

Ok, March.
Good job I've been taking it for over a year.

Time to ramp up again. I'm renewing my supply with d3 4000iu and vitamin K2 combined. Taken with magnesium and a low carb diet, this actually removes calcification from the coronary arteries too.

Yeah this is the kicker.

They knew this in 1918, before vitamin d was even discovered. Outside wards, sunshine, higher mortality in northern states directly correlated to sunlight levels.

What actually happened there? Did she just fall - get knocked over in the melee or did the police deliberately knock her to the ground?

I dunno whether these accounts are bots, idiots or just arseholes, but there's clearly a push being made to twist this into an attack on BLM,

bloody disgraceful, dont see any of this at BLM protests!!

Police taking their aggression out on the wrong protesters...... are they scared of BLM

Quite telling it's not the assaulting of protesters they disagree with, just the assaulting of protesters on their side.

Let's Talk About Ceps
Never mind "long covid" and the economic fallout - I think an underreported aspect of all this has been the massive uptick in unsolicited opinions from has-been pop stars.
