Trafigura

Trafigura and their lawyers are keen no one should know about the allegations of their toxic dumping off the Ivory Coast, er, coast. They're so determined, they've even managed to bypass a 300-year-old law guaranteeing the right to report parliament and got an injunction banning the Guardian from mentioning a question to be asked in the HoCtoday.

Read about it here and tell your friends not to talk about it.

I guess it was kind of obvious what this concerned when they went out of their way to mention Carter-Fuck (copyright Private Eye) a week after reporting Carter-Ruck as Trafigura's lawyers last week. Funny what you can imply without really saying anything.

Seems Simon Singh has won and Justice Eady has had his arse smacked. All in all, a couple of good days for press freedom.

I don't know much about law, but it seems that 'they' is actually just Eady, who's been running a one-man campaign to prevent anyone ever saying anything nasty about anyone else.
