self-taught designer offering questionable 'skills' for free

Basically I'm offering some free graphic design work for anyone who's interested. Since being made redundant last year. I've had a bit of a career rethink. I'm currently working part-time, so have a bit of time on my hands and I'm thinking about retraining in design.

I need some proper briefs to work too, to get a portfolio together. My background is in visual art and I've got a good knowledge of photoshop, illustrator, indesign etc. So if you want a logo, a t-shirt for a band, web-banner, illustration for a magazine/blog or flyer for your night designed let me know. Your under no obligation to use what I come up with.

If you're 23 or under, I can point you to a youth mag I used to help out with - they're looking for someone.

Shame. Sure you'll get something soon though - if there's one thing the publishing industry is good at it's providing unpaid labour.

I've just been thinking I could do with a logo... I currently produce under the name Cushtilla, and have started a bandcamp site.... And a logo for the banner would be awesome as it's quite bare at the moment.

Holler if you'd be interested in doing it, and I can try to give you more of a brief... although I am not really sure what I want!
