rele n truly im only pissed i missed louie anderson b2b nightshift and cotier b2b b3 who it seems u missed too, guarantee their sets r gonna be the best out of the uploads.

me too...did pirate radio earlier so I got in late as well, similarly to glasshand spent ages fighting for my drinks at the bar. It was my first ever house rave, went to London pretty much just because of this and I have to say the vibes were as good as I expected having followed this thread. Thought it was a bit overcrowded, enjoyed it 100% from 4am onwards - some ppl started leaving and bars were a lot easier cuz there was only demand for water at that point lol.

The main room PA at Coronet is fuckin impressive. Stand out set for me: Shenin Amara + AR. Everything gelled in a magical way - the sound, the lasers, the tracks, the mixing, the shuffling, AR's headbang through the whole set lol...

jimi ur so lost mate! i would assume u were taking the piss if i hadn't read ur other replies on this thread...

that vid is shit on multiple levels

comment on the fb "imagine your name being grim sickers"

the guy called ROW D in the bucket hat.........wow

I was playing for a rise like you lot are too old and boring unless someone pokes you like. It had energy and all that though, I'd love to see MCs have a go. It always perks up tech house always. So does boiling the kettle for a pot noodle and picking up that bit of fluff in the corner mind...

Badman is a killer beat though, really good.

One of the only bits in this whole thread worth a go, it really is.

31OG tech house fan, reformed because it was boring, of course. Usual Diss crew is like 40 odd right? You'd not like tech house unless you were up there right?

I aint messing when I say I enjoy the Blazey stuff though.

It's really is good like.

There is an energy in that stuff and the way them lot mix: that hits the spot like none of the rest.

Radford is a joke when it comes to injecting a bit of energy even if he drops the same track now and again he makes it so boring. He just aint the DJ.

It is London, Road and Tech house.

That's the point.

Tech house people can get on board from way back and hear something, London people can hear something, road lot can hear something. Tokyo posse on the internet can tell us whatever they think about London road music on the internet.

The friction from it being just house and being this is really interesting. Even fans of this can't take it when tech house is even brought up, despite the origins being so tech house it hurts, interesting aint it?

I do like a few of those links though, you lot need a stir now and again. It's dead in here.

I mean, yeah it comes from tech house. There's plenty of tech house I really like. But it's when people can't hear the difference between this and the tech house stuff it's /evolved out of/. Like, I love Mark Henning and that, but find me all the jungle, grime and garage influences in it?

In Tokyo, from London, have managed to fit in more deep tech raves in my few weeks back in London a year than probably most people on this thread have been to (that's not a dis, I'm an English teacher and get ridiculously long holidays, I get that I /can/ do that when not everyone can) and managed to write the most in depth article on the scene while based out here, so....

u not og son you a thirty something, most the ppl in this thread going raves n that are in their mid twenties n here u are tryna act young by comparing urself to some forty year olds, exhibit A u talk shit

dunno where ur going with this, probably nowhere

newsflash bro this aint the shit u was listening to ten years ago when ur taste was actually relevant. i know the word tech is in both deep tech n tech house so its hard for you to comprehend they not the same but if you re listen to the hundreds of tracks you already went through ( ) u might clock that this

and this

are not the same

lol @ people complaining when tech house is brought up like there werent just numerous posts tlkin bout "roots" tunes, lol @ you tryna use tech house as an insult throwing it out there like the sound u referrin to weren't a good 15 years ago, the world has moved on bruh

I do like a few of those links though, you lot need a stir now and again. It's dead in here.
irony at its finest

Either the London roads have it wrong about what 'London' and 'road' music is, or the internet does..

no point tlkin to this guy about road bro to him its just a buzzword to use when tryna talk about a hardcore continuum he doesnt understand

Glad you lot are talking and not just posting links like its a waste around here when its like that. I don't care about about scenes or continuums or anything like that just finding music I enjoy. The rest is just politics.

I don't know why I was being a dick about it though sorry about that. Life is a fucker right now and I was being a twat.

theres pages upon pages of discussion with no soundclouds or anything like that in here, why am i telling you this when you go on like you've read it all?

contrary to what nato said in that other thread not knowing anything should stop people from forming strong opinions, especially when they wanna shout that opinion from the rooftop like it's gospel when infact its just tired generalisations

condolences doe ill stfu now
