Annoyingly my tape deck seems to have died. It was ok last year. This might present some difficulties.

Hah, I actually can't remember what most of that stuff is from the description, not sure how much thought I actually put into it...

I posted mine off today, though I'll never forgive you Chef for making me hand over to the postmistress an envelope with the phrase 'ferret love connection' on the address. You are aware that armed vigilantism is prevalent in this part of the world? People have been shot for much less.

I know it's a round about way but you could record two 45 minute sets onto CD or onto a computer, and then get someone with a working tape deck to put it onto cassette. I recorded mine onto CDR as it's easier to delete mistakes, then put the finished article onto tape, adding a track or two at the end when I realised my estimate of 45 minutes was short. I also learned that Bush tapes are actually 44 minutes a side, whereas TDK are the genuine article.

I got a brilliant tape from Danny L last time which introduced me to Annette Peacock for the first time for which I am eternally grateful. He in return got 90 mins of shakily-mixed 4x4 garage from me and considering he doesn't even like house music wrote a very considerate review. I'd join in again if i wasn't totally cut off from my records and equipment nowadays.

Ha! It's all good mate! I am IN.

And John you muppet, you did do one. I think you refused to do a track listing if memory serves. I love doing tapes. Much more fun than fannying around with Audacity and Mixclod. Even if the audience is much more limited.

Ahahahahahahahaahhahahahahhahahhahahaha...

Sorry, (wipes tears) sorry. That's given me the giggles.

Ferrite, owen, not ferret.

I was under the (obviously mistaken) impression that the whole irish militancy thing was over.

Anyway, here's something for those vigilantes to find:
