A theoretical concept by design, This Heat launches on the 08th August at Dalstons favourite haunt, Power Lunches. Drawing on the techno roots that run through the hardcore continuum, we've called upon Cold Recordings mainstays Batu and Ipman to show us the lineage between these now considered disparate genres.
Batu and Ipman have consistently shown a tasteful handling of the recent techno and bass music crossover. Serious when heard but playful in nature, their records and mixes have taken a considered approach to how these separate genres intersect. Creating something rich and what we hope, will invigorate the club scene for years to come.
This Heat are a club and design concept. Aimed at creating a tailored event that brings audiences together through music and art.
