I like how YouTube comments give you little insights into how music plays a role in people's lives in different ways. From the sublime and tragic to the ridiculous or just a bit mundane...

I'm 62 and listen to this...years ago, in NYC, my oldest was a Underground DJ and I would have to take him to random spots so he could play...the kids thought I was a cop while waiting for him to finish mixing. (They'd be high or tripping on whatever) He was good too...

My best friend was shot in a drive by in East Los Angeles last summer. This was our favorite song to listen to when we chilled around the house. We loved that Kendrick could tell such a story with just one song. I listen to this song and think about how much fun we had driving around town and getting cheap burgers and fucking around in stores. He drove me to the hospital when my mom gave birth to my little sister because i didn’t have a car. I’ll never forget him. R.I.P. JJ. I miss you brother. My kids will know your name. We’ll meet again one day.

I will always sing about my brother. He died 2days ago ,killed by thugs, stabbed him to death.Fighting for his phone,he did not get a chance to fight for his life. This song has always been my favorite, but now it holds a painful meaning.

My best friend growing up was shot and killed today. We grew up in that kind of environment. This was his favorite song. We sat on my back porch as teenagers and listened to this song. We talked about all the stuff we were gonna do in the future. We reminisced on all the crazy shit we did together. RIP Brian. I’ll miss you. See you in heaven. Until then.

My best friend Angelo died in 2014, Kendrick Lamar was his favorite artist of all of Hip-Hop. His awake and funeral had this song on repeat, hardest time of my life was to say goodbye to him and not hear a single sound back... This dude straight up saved my life, I was too drunk to drive home so he took my truck keys away from me (pretended that he couldn't find it too lol) so that I could stay at his house to sober up.. I blacked out that same night and came outta it when I arrived home by walking(6 miles away).

I remember me old man took me to birmingham in the mid 90's for my birthday, I was a bout 9/10 years old. Just told me we were going bowling, walked up to the NEC and pulled out these east 17 tickets. Was so suprised that I just cried. I'm 34 now and only my kids birthdays I can compare to that day.
This is probably the best thread ever

His disposition towards her is unique to other movie Devils. The way he speaks, the things he says, even his mannerisms are all so subtly unnatural. The typical depiction of the Devil is as that of a business man. He comes at you with a smile and friendliness. There's an old saying that you wouldn't know that you were talking to the Devil unless i told ya. Walter Huston's performance in All That Money Can Buy was the perfect depiction of this idea; Quite scary to say the least. However, what makes Viggo's Lucifer so unique and scary in his own right, is that in the film The Prophecy, He is not trying to fool Catherine or you the viewer into believing he is a just a generous business man trying to Helo you out. Oh God no... He is very much revealing himself as Satan, and he needs to talk to you about some real shit, or otherwise he will fuck you up. It's like he hates having to talk to a human. There's lots of little subtle cues in his body language and his voice that give off an aura of pure Hatred towards catherine. The eating of the flower was very symbolic of this. This is one of the most interesting, unsettling, and just plain magnificent depictions of The Devil I've ever seen in anything. Viggo scares me.

The person who hates Andre Agassi will go to hell. To hell with him. He wastes so much time to find someone's flaws and he doesn't look at his own flaws, that made him die early. Agassi has changed personality throughout his life and he has transformed into a Philanthropist. Now. Agassi is going on forever and the whiner has gone away forever from this earth.
Fucking hell

I'm crying with laughter
