Look at my eggs from page 29. (Not quite perfect as some egg white has marred one of the yolks although this is just an aesthetic defect and won't affect the taste.)
Crispy round the edges. Fully set whites. Soft yolks, unbroken. Greasy with olive oil

yeah, those are perfectly done, good job. maybe people order over easy eggs because they don't like super runny yolks, prefer semi-soft.
