There are a lot of strange things going on atm. We've got a couple of UFOs appearing and being shot down over the US, Christ the Redeemer being struck by lightning in Brazil, the 'Airborne Toxic Event' from DeLillo's White Noise occurring for real in the same place the book was set and the film was shot, and part of the sun has broken off and formed a vortex.
