i get the same feeling when listening to this as i did when i went to see 'la haine' a few weeks ago. The sense of looking back at a time of innocence.
I dunno about a time of innocence, but I definitely feel a connection between the two. They've got a slick rawness to them that could only have come out of the 90s. They even came out the same year - '95. Kassovitz was actually in the film I watched last night: Happy End, Haneke's most recent.
