Being a robot health overseer is the exactly the point imo. the lack of a real connection
and of course the lack of judgment and confidentially is a managed illusion but the process and hipocratic oath and professional boundaries are enough. im not a massive advocate, im just talking about why it can be helpful, why it can sometimes work
I just remembered how good this song is
I vaguely remember an old advert that KissFM used to play regularly for something called "Back to 89". I was too young to take in what they were actually on about, but the whole 'second summer of love' was a big nostalgia thing pretty quickly.Sure, but I don't think people in 1995 were doing "Back To 92" nights. I mean, I could be wrong, but I think the retromania came along a bit later, around the turn of the millennium.
That's the purpose of supervision tbh. But it's not all grief, not by a long shot.Danny can only handle so many cases before he hits his meltdown limit. He's not a human grief sponge.
Chris Bayes 7 months agoThere shouldn't have been an all time rock group in the mid to late 90s. It shouldn't have been possible. But it happened. As good as any rock group ever. I don't think the Beatles wrote a song as powerful and instant and urgent as this. I don't think the Rolling Stones did either.
I was hoping this thread was market research for Dissensustheband. Maybe it still is. Art Of Noise but making music based therapy for better understanding incels.
There's a lovely Rachmaninoff choral piece on right this second, you should tune in.BBC Radio 3
