It's interesting because yes, absolutely, The Decision was a narrative blunder at the time, but in retrospect, the guy figured out his myth and lived it out to a T. I was surprised to see Christopher Walken pop up in Dune - clearly I'd not been paying attention - immediately that Fat Boy Slim song with the Dune referencing lyrics and him in the video came to mind, was this some kind of deliberate choice from Villeneuve? Has this been discussed already?
