here's why the Rudy/Jenna dog-and-pony show carries on. as long as there are marks, the con will continue.

Trump Raises $170 Million as He Denies His Loss and Eyes the Future

Instead of slowing down after the election, Mr. Trump’s campaign has ratcheted up its volume of email solicitations for cash, telling supporters that money was needed for an “Election Defense Fund.”

In reality, the fine print shows that the first 75 percent of every contribution currently goes to a new political action committee that Mr. Trump set up in mid-November, Save America, which can be used to fund his political activities going forward, including staff and travel. The other 25 percent of each donation is directed to the Republican National Committee.

A donor has to give $5,000 to Mr. Trump’s new PAC before any funds go to his recount account.

One guy is suing them already to get his 2.5 mil back... I think he is going to struggle though cos the small print basically said "Give us all your lovely money you worthless dummies and then we'll roll it up and smoke it - fuck you!".

I feel that this post could kinda tie together the Borges one and the election one - Sidney Powell is now alleging fraud in Edison County Michigan. It's unlikely that any of the administrators or whatever from Edison County are going to defend themselves cos... it doesn't exist, there is no such county. They've gone beyond creating imaginary fraud, to creating imaginary places for it to happen. A genuine feat of imagination to conjure up this whole web of lies upon lies. A totally non-existent world for Trump people to live comfortably inside until finally and inevitably it crashes into reality and... well, one world will die. But it means that a few crazies can live out their comfortable delusions for that little bit longer...

It's now being reported that Guiliani is seeking a "pre-emptive pardon" from Trump. I mean, what the fuck is that? Like a "get out of jail free card for one crime up to and including murder"? Does it mean he's done something already or does he plan to murder the next lawyer who makes him look stupid in court? Doesn't it slightly undermine Trump's claim to being a law and order president that the main lawyer representing him is already seeking to be let off unspecified crimes?

Yeah I saw this this morning. To be honest I'm not watching the so-called hearings but if this is the standard it's almost the most embarrassing thing yet. This woman definitely appears to be inebriated, is clearly unable to understand the questions put to her and has the lost the plot so far that even Giuliani finally grasps that she's making a bad impression and tries to reel her in to whatever reality it is he's currently inhabiting cos at least it's orbiting somewhere near the one where the rest of us live. My favourite bit is when she goes "What did you guys do? Take it and do something crazy with it?" delivered triumphantly as though it's a knock-out blow.
And yet, although it seems to us that most people would recoil in horror from that video - if only to get away from the fumes of alcohol which threaten to escape the screen - this is proving a surprisingly effective PR stunt. I see people all day repeating the thing about how there were 2.5m responses to 1.6m ballots even though that was comprehensively debunked weeks ago... I guess the latest bullshit today (some video of suitcases filled with ballots or something which was totally destroyed within the hour) will hang around even longer.
Meanwhile Trump has now lost 42 cases against his single, solitary, and increasingly lonely win.

I'm now reading that this woman is apparently on probation for... computer related crimes whatever that means. Perhaps that gives her special insight into the Dominion vote-switching scam.

Now some interesting stuff on Trump's most visible lawyer (with the possible exception of Rudy)
Jenna Ellis has said she is a former Colorado prosecutor and State Dept attorney. In CO, she handled traffic cases. She isn’t listed in State Dept payroll records & was listed in one 2013 case as a lawyer for a firm providing legal-discovery help to State.
Under the Colorado Bar, she was using her married name of Jenna Rives. Her license to practice law in Colorado is INACTIVE. She graduated from Univ Richmond School of Law, but is not licensed in Virginia or the D.C. Bar under the surname of Ellis or Rives.
Oh it gets better and better
She holds herself out as an expert on the Constitution based on her self-published book and her teaching of pre-law classes to undergraduates.
The main question everyone is asking at the moment (apart from the tiny matter of whether she is actually licensed and thus legally allowed to practise as an attorney at all) is, how did she fall so quickly from a promising career prosecuting parking tickets to get stuck lying for these bell-ends?

Trump and his mates have just been blasted out of the water in a further 3 suits leaving them with 1 win and 45 losses I think. The legal defeats are coming so thick and fast in so many places on so many different attempts that I don't think anyone can keep up with them.

Shame Powell didn't win this one where she accidentally claimed Dominion switched votes FROM Biden TO Trump... kinda like the Sinful Bible but even funnier.

Finally some actual, concrete evidence
Sidney Powell calls for a criminal investigation on Georgia Secretary of State Raffensperger: “Mr. Raffensperger was flat out lying! Anybody who can read body language can tell that! There should be a criminal investigation of his and his deputy, the secretary’s finances
