You're talking about people who do at least acknowledge the virus as real. There are many who don't. Some of these people get really mad even at other people who are wearing masks! And their justification is invariably that they're resisting some nebulous form of tyranny.

I'm not making this up. It's extremely easy to find photos or footage of people expressing exactly these opinions.

Yes, we all hate those who push us around and exploit us, naturally. With the unavoidable corollary that our boss is pushed around by his boss, and so on.

But I'd have hoped for something a bit more nuanced and historically literate than "kill the masters" from a Game of Thrones fanatic. Remember how that turned out? The point, surely, is not just to kill the current generation of masters, because they will always be replaced by new masters. The point is to dismantle the system that allows there to be masters in the first place.
