Has anyone else seen this? I seen about the first four episodes, it is sometimes very painful to watch, other times it is simply embarrassing to watch. How about this John Brown bloke and his “ghetto revival” is he serious? Or his he an underground comedian or some sort?

I’d like to hear if anyone else has seen this, and what they think, I can’t help but tune in whenever it is on, however punishing that may be

john brown always needs "that retard" in front of his name...

as in "what's up with that retard john brown?"

they always seem to cut to a shot of him looking both slackjawed and cockeyed...

i ended up watching that show on the fucking treadmill at the gym b/c it was always on when i went...

it was fun/funny

those Ego Trip guys know their stuff.

john brown's best line was when Persia is wheeled out in a gurney to the ambulance: "that's not a good look"

all the guest stars are cool... serch brings out the ol' heads... kool keith and dante (is a scrub) ross...

tho the big Mayo jar bugs me, as all the people i know i who use excessive mayo (like ordering a fucking cheesesteak with extra mayo... YUCK) are not white...

weirdly enough, I thought Persia was the only one who was even half-way decent, the rest seem really embarrassing and out-of-place whenever they do those painful sequences where the bring them to the barbershop or some other seriously ghetto part of the bronx and make them practice in front of their neighbors (who rightly make a lot of fun of "ghetto revival" dude)

i admittedly have only seen a couple episodes, but i heard that persia got kicked off from someone...

she is from far rockaway, so she is at home in nyc.

i missed alot of the early episodes, so i can't speak on every single contestant.
