theres a feature in the new issue of shook magazine on funky with interviews with donaeo, princess, marcus nasty, cooly g, lil silva, roska, etc etc. dont think its on the site but its in the mag.

where can u get that, the site looks good, do you have to get it off the site?

no you can get the mag in borders (not sure who else stocks it). i dont think they have everything in the mag on the website, just bits and pieces. its a great mag tho - i love the way its designed.

also, can any1 ID the track at 1h42 on last week's mak10 and shantie rinse set? I remember asking for an ID all over after marcus dropped it on that 'all MC' set bcak in the autumn, no1 knew then. it comes in after the d double special, big wobbly bassline

Yeah, that's the one. It's brilliant. What's worse about my misspelling is that I was looking at the vinyl as I did it; not good. How stoned was I yesterday?!

so pleased that the Aphrodisiax EP came out at last, Unfinished Business is so heavy. it has a very interesting vibe... clearly UK in the ruffness, but then very close to some new deep house or even some of the more intricate and organic European techno from the last few years

the b-side with the spoken word vocal was a pleasant surprise too, got to love a vocal like that! "house is a religion..." lol
