Hmmmmmm.... New Order "Video 586"!!!! It's 20 minutes long! Originally, I had it on a Touch compilation cassette and was finally issued on 12 a few years back. It's an early instrumental version and is basically the drummer workin it out with some "techno machinery" on that 586 rhythm.
