Losoul is a name to hark back to. ‘Belong’ seemed to come out of nowhere, minimal b4 mnml, preempted tons of Perlon esque material and my own copy survived a cellar flooding too so the sleeve had added value personally
20:20 Vision are timeless too but you really have to dig through the crust layer. Eukatech or whatever it was called can all be binned, sublabel to Eukahouse which was bland as fuck too, anything with Dave Mothersole’s name on pure meh (sorry Dave)

I once read a book about being a low tier tech house DJ that is about as memorable as the genre. It's the sort thing you read in the afternoon to wile away a few hours.
I'd forgotten about it until now but the author describes the pain and heartache of staking his career on being a top flight Tech House DJ / producer only he backed the wrong horse and now he faces unemployment in his middle age with no 'job experience'...
I can't stand the dj book genre. I read the Tim Sheridan secret dj one and it was one of the worst books I've ever read in my life, made even more infuriating by the chelsea shed ted cunt writing it like some self-help guide and constantly dropping 'my pilgrim' in every other paragraph. fuck off!
