I haven't heard much Slimzee this year at all but he still has some of the baddest dubs. His mixing style I personally find quite refreshing amongst the Grime crew - he plays like a rave DJ with more of a flowing progress or journey to his sets than the Dancehally start and stopping style.

It shouldn't do imo. Good music is class-less. Good musicians and producers understand everyone feels emotion and at root have similar hopes, problems and ideas. The minute someone makes music which is only for certain groups they have taken the first step down a dead end.

I agree. Although there is some mistakes in that piece I think it does reflect a growing take-up of this style of slang amongst all classes.
