Hi people
Here's a fresh mix of dark ambient, Film Noir samples, Jazz and modern sounds that fit the mood. Down these mean streets etc.
Features John Zorn, Henry Mancini, Cabaret Voltaire, Morricone, Kreng, Barry Adamson and others.
Can anyone recommend good free software for mixing MP3s? Must be able to record and store mixes as MP3 files too. I've been looking around but can't decide. KraMix looks OK.
Thanks in advance.
I know there are a few fans in this joint so here's some pages from the journal he kept in '64 when back in St. Louis on assignment for Playboy. I don't think they're available anywhere else online but Billbliophiles, feel free to correct me...
Anyone else got it yet?
Baron Mordant has created new soundtracks for re-edited COI films.
Works brilliantly, on the whole, although I'm unsure about a couple.
My review's here if you're interested.

The culling continues.

I can see his point...
Is 'creative' jazz' an excusable euphemism for abstract noodling, farts, skronks and squeals devoid of rhythm or harmony?
It's "psychologically inadvisable" to listen to a lot of music....I...
Any other fans out there?
Yes, I know, the subject of many a joke amongst certain kinds of snobs but every time we've been I've thought it the most amazing country - the estuaries West of Snowdonia, the park itself, of course, and Tenby, one of the greatest resorts in the UK (photographer...
Perhaps it's a mid-life crisis - I want to sell-off most of my music.
I've had the urge over the last few years to reduce my music collection down to the absolutely essential - just that - the very best of all genres. Anyone else get this urge? Am I abnormal?
It's become something of a 'dream'...
Forbidden Planet...Day The Earth Stood Still...Welcome To Mars...can you recommend some great space age sounds, please? Not 50s pop or Stereolab....soundtracks or modern artists dedicated to the future retro moog mission.
Thanks
