Has anyone else seen/heard/felt this yet? Its really rather fine, a complete antidote to the feelgood atmospherics of that last thing in the Turbine Hall. Old Skool avant-garde: annoying, abrasive
and electrifying.
I liked it because it wasn't 'impressive' in the way all the rest of the commisions to fill the turbine hall have been - see Anish Kapoor for the most bombastic. In fact adds hardly anything to the space, just directional speakers and some words. And yet the space is utterly transformed.
