Aah Napalm records. 2 of those I believe were done by E de Cologne, who was a Hardcore/Gabber hero if there ever was one. Also highly political at the time, if that matters anything.

This is in fact not indicative of the SM punishment theme, as this in fact "funky gabber", maybe why it is my favorite gabber track :


His other tracks on Napalm are pure industrial madness though.
