I know one question that's often asked is are there many (any) examples of crop circles in fields without tire tracks, or at a good distance from tracks. I.e. without an obvious ready made access route that could easily hide footprints.

Yes, lots. Or at least there used to be, before they started getting really huge and ornate. Lots of examples of very small circles forming part of a larger design which are isolated in an area of unharmed wheat, several feet away from the nearest tramline (tractor rut).

I used to be quite into this stuff. It's just so weird.
