All I remember is a black kid, prob about 13-16, mooching around NYC doing whatever he needed to do. None of the bombast or slang intensive hiphoppiness of Boyz n da Hood etc, quite understated. Not seen it since 98, having a mare trying to find the title or any other info. Anyone got a clue?
