Didn't see anything about this here. But I'm sad to see the back of the crazy long-fingernailed Brazilian outsider horror auteur. Considered the maker of Brazil's first horror film (films even I guess) he went from DIY camp to becoming a household name in his homeland and along the way created a couple of actually properly good films. Haven't watched any for ages to be honest but think it might be time to watch one of his classics and introduce my Coffin Joe-virgin girlfriend to the beast....
