Nah, it's pretty well known that her nose is actually like that. Do a google search for her, it's the same in all recent photos.

Powder cocaine is cocaine hydrochloride, so when it dissolves in your snot you've basically got a nose/sinus full of (dilute) hydrocholoric acid. Maybe she should have stuck to freebase?

It permeates your membranes well before that, unless you're super stuffy.

If you drink with coke it turns into cocaethylene in your bloodstream, which is not as pleasant as simple cocaine, but everyone does it.

You can dissolve coke in water with dope and snort it, I know a lot of people who do that...
