looks fantastic, big up yourself! on the dl now. love that you managed to include that Enya-sampling Trace tune, Fat Controller, a Krome & Time remix I've never heard before and that amazing Temporary Mash Up tune (which has my maybe my all-time favorite breakdown ever) I'd totally forgotten about.

I bet Trace would be well embarrassed about that tune now. I actually prefer it to his later stuff though!

Mediafire seems to be working again btw...

nah not even. you ever heard this one, with the Better Days piano and "let there be house" sample? love-er-ly, but not exactly ruff or dark or banging. I like Trace's later work too tho, not even so much Mutant Jazz (tho it's kinda undeniable) & all that so much as his jungle tunes - this one is great on the '94 roller tip.

almost all of those gravely somber techstep etc dudes seem to have at least one endearing piano rave artifact skeleton in their closets...

Photek's
Andy C's

and I love them all.

I'm stupidly late on it, but this is a seriously great mix.
All those DJ Ham productions are a total revelation to me - a friend who I used to share halls with in uni had a habit of playing his later 4X4 stuff at high volume, all times of the day and night; and while I didn't exactly hate it, let's just say it wasn't my favourite thing in the world either. These old tunes though... Higher is fantastic. :D
