I pressed 300 heavy weight gatefold vinyl and 500 CDs and rang the factory at the last minute to scrap the bar code. So it's absolutely untainted and lined with Vermillion.
John Kennedy has been playing it on XFM and will feature it in Dazed and Confused.
You know what? I don't even need to stick my neck on the line. I have listened to it more than Dark Side of the Moon in my lifetime. It gets better and better and better like wine. I stand by it's perfection, every last frequency and dumbfounded inflection... Maybe I have melted into it?. It's only a record. NO IT'S NOT! IT IS ALL THAT THERE IS! It's all there is. And all there is is bliss...
This is acutely beautiful rock'n'roll... just a road trip.. with a star cloth cabaret at dawn across a wilderness straddled desert, singalongs, driving tunes, country-tinged songs of deliverance and down by the river the awakening maid of love song... It winds up when the reaper arrives.. until that time, I'll get on with the next one... It's called 'At the Beach' by the way...
