It's been all of Mahler's symphonies for Australia so far, though classical is a bit shit if you've got the windows of the car open cos you can only hear the loud bits then when it goes quiet you turn it up and then when it gets loud again it's crash the car time. Way to go Gustav, if we kill someone it's on you.

Going further into the Outback now - we'll be at Lightning Ridge for Halloween tonight, looking at black opals - so will test out a cheap didgereedoo CD I got for a coupla dollars. Any recommendations for Outback music?

More than 12,000 lightning strikes have just been recorded around Queensland, I'm carrying my black cloud with me everywhere I go. It even rained in fucking Palm Springs.
