A completely new festival for the Lisbon area takes place on 21st May. One day of DJs, live acts and art installations - ninety percent female and non-binary and organised by three women who plan to crash the Lisbon scene with their very first event.,

Festival was amazing and interesting in the end despite being beset by technical difficulties. The first part of low-key weirdness in the convent went off without a hitch... but the second part which was Liza's purview faced nightmarish technical hitches exacerbated by cuntish artists, useless venue workers, the sound technician dropping out with covid and so on. Despite all that it came together and went off... but Liza was pretty much broken, she looked like she had barely survived 'nam; curled up in a ball with a thousand yard stare and two missing limbs*.

The last band at the first venue were cool I think. Their sound combined with the shape of the venue reminded me strongly of the start of The Holy Mountain.
