Looking for a Gerhard Richter book

Looking for a Gerhard Ricther book, let me try to describe it...Small Format. It had the same photo of a set of buildings and blue sky repeated throughout with different brushstrokes applied to the sky.

I'm pretty sure its by the same publisher as this one:

I saw both of the titles together in a few of the big museum shops (Tate, Pompidou) when I was in europe a few years back, but i have never seen it over here. If anyone recognizes it let me know and ill try to track it down...
