Hey all, we are back next thursday at APT... our first time there last month went really well, so it looks like we are rolling there...

expect grime/dubstep/baile funk/jungle/dancehall/hip hop and more from us and even more craziness from DJ Shotnez, who has killed it every time i've heard him play... def someone who i've heard incorperate grime and a small part of a big whole and made it really work...

DJ Shotnez (Balkan Beatbox, NYC) a/ka/ Ori Kaplan has been at the center of New York's media-frenzied gypsy-punk scene for years now. An ex-member of Gogol Bordello, he now makes his own music as Balkan Beatbox, an amalgamation of Eastern European gypsy-punk and electronic dance

anyways, we also have an open bar drink special from 9-10... same brazilian liquer as last time, we're just not supposed to mention the name... begins with a S and ends with an A...
