Oh no indeed - is that a reliable source? We were in the Three Crowns (the pub above it) about half an hour ago and they still had posters up for events there.

"Sorry about The Drop closing this weekend. The council have insisted we have a limiter installed and are not able to oversee the installation until next Tuesday. Normal service will resume as of then. Xxx"

Just to let anyone who is gonna come know; both bands are playing fairly early (Higamos Hogamos first at about quarter to twelve) so if you do want to see the bands you will need to get there early.
Although I'm sure that everyone will want to be there at midnight anyway to celebrate my birthday...
