I see @blissblogger liked my provocative gauntlet about prog in the subcultures fb group. Maybe I was overegging the contradiction upthread. Maybe we need a supergenre called uberprog alles which takes the best bits of Boulez, Coltrane type free jazz, 92 ardkore, chris squire's basslines, Miles Davis, Gregorian chants, ottoman jannisary bands and creates the ultimate maximal trilogy to put Merzbow to shame.
