The pitch bend on the chaching is created by toggling the guitar whammy/tremolo bar while the harmonics sustain.
That's the metal thing sticking out underneath the strings here.

I love Two Tribes and his sound at the time but his recent orchestral reworks are execrable - he can do orchestral bombast like no-one else as long as he stays away from an actual orchestra.
