It's my first ever mix for years as I just got Virtual DJ. It's a bit rough around the edges as was my first ever take using the software, and I did it all using a mouse.

I use Virtual DJ on and off - mostly just when listening with headphones on if travelling or in a v. quick set up outputting to bluetooth speakers. I've had a free version of it for so long now that I prefer it as an interface to Rekordbox. I love how you can click on the centre point bpm button and the tune quite rapidly returns to assigned bpm and that you can do this with loops that are playing. Are you planning on using it with a controller? The mouse business is tricky and limiting but you get used to it and have to work on blends...mixes. Slowly increasing the tempo of the playing track is a big problem tho - do u have a fix for this?

Cheers. I remember when I was younger and used to use AtomixMP3 before I had decks and got to be a bit of a whizz at it by using keyboard shortcuts. Can't see me getting a controller for now, so will just see how it goes. Thanks for the listen.

Thanks. I dunno what it is about that last house mix but it leaves me feeling very unsettled. I'm planning a new mix, with some Paradise Garage and 80s soul tracks. Caught some nice fish in the meantime.
