I know he's 'the father' and responsible for rinse fm and everything, but Slimzee's sets are always pretty dull. He loves keeping the crossfader in the middle for ages so it's all clashing and chaotic. No real dynamism or propulsion.

She is on lots of bills with Richie Hawtin, Detroit bizness, IIRC. She's originally Polish, but does it really matter?

Poland -> Detroit -> NYC -> Berlin if you really wanna split hairs.

I haven't heard much Slimzee this year at all but he still has some of the baddest dubs. His mixing style I personally find quite refreshing amongst the Grime crew - he plays like a rave DJ with more of a flowing progress or journey to his sets than the Dancehally start and stopping style.

i voted for plasticman but i figured nobody in grime/dubstep would crack the top 100...

but i mean look at how many drum and bass djs got in and then you dont feel as bad...

so Weatherall would really clean up. (This isn't even a remotely techno-centric board, which is odd)

slimle is great because he doesnt play shit music - only big nasty dubs

when you get a slimle set you know what you're getting - if nothing good's come out for a while everyone else will be playing gash (espec logan with his box of brand new "exclooses", most of which are shit) and slimle will be playing the slammers which everyone else has forgotten about

You must have me mistaken with someone else.

I'd rather cut off my tongue than use the word "excloos"

But thanks for your support
