Ruins definitely used a specific made up language. Could never be sure (cause I don't speak much Japanese), but I often thought that Gerogerigegege did the same. (Although - for that matter - I could never tell if Harry Pussy's lyrics were in English even at the noisiest point in my noisy music listening career).
