I've never heard anything involving Cluster I didn't like. Of the two with Eno the first was the most ambient one, while the second, After the Heat, is the bomb. One of the all time greats, even better than any of the Cluster ones, and most Eno (I only rate On Land and Here Come the Warm Jets higher). It have both the eerie, melancholy ambient, the odd angular Cluster-grooves ("Bass and Apex") and some of the strangest Eno vocal tracks ever. One of the very few collaborative albums actually being the best of two worlds as well as more than the sum of its parts.
