Well I don't want my teeth to fall out, but I don't mind a smoothie/soup heavy diet.
My presumption was actually that it would make dental care easier, what with fewer chunks being pressed into/between teeth.

Taste is less of a concern to me than cost and nutrition. Ideally I'd be able to turn off my sense of taste for most of the time.

Yeah I can vouch for the water drinking. I aim for half a gallon daily, although this last week has seen lackluster diligence on my part.
