Denoir, have you heard Matt IQ's remix of Big Fun yeah? It seems kind of along the lines of what you where looking for.
I'd quite like if Swindle did a follow-up to his Who Said Funk EP, it was maybe a bit patchy but overall I enjoyed it. Ossie is also partial to dabbling with some naughty synths from time to time of course.

Edit: Samurai remix was ace yeah, maybe a slightly forgotten/neglected tune.

Alrite folks, not been able to get on PR for ages due to all the guest shows for the 10th birthday, but I'm finally back on tonight at 8. Got loads of new stuff built up to play, come join me.

Been slacking on this thread for last few days I guess, will get back on it later, got some tunes I want to post.

In the comments he says that it's a remix that he licensed to a label, but he's not actually sure if and when the label are putting it out. I hope it does surface at some point, I'm a big fan - it's one of those tunes that doesn't seem to spectacular on first listen but then gradually worms its way deep into your head.

This ep sounds wicked but fucking hell, beatport's canny expensive isn't it? Never bought anything from there before. Is it available anywhere else?

DJ Spillman/Amanda Hicks' 'Prove your love' is out on itunes btw. Cool track primarily for the way it weaves a breakbeat into the groove ('think' break is it?), without it coming across all DJ Zinc or something.

OK so Naughty's guest mix on this is excellent. Lots of the new tunes weren't quite what I was expecting from him - beats are often quite stiff, but in a good way (if that makes sense). He seems to be taking those squelchy synth/bass sounds further and further too. Thumbs up.
I also have massive admiration for Brackles for providing an outlet for this sort of stuff and maybe bringing it to some listeners who might otherwise miss it (that maybe makes him sound like a fucking social worker but whatever..).

Yeah not the cheapest eh, that was the first place I found that had it but having a look for others now (sadly it's not on Juno).

Edit: seems to only be Beatport and Traxsource at the mo.
