The title means something like "Come on, get out/goodbye".
The origin is an argument on twitter between two Russian* pop singers, Phillip Kirkorov and Timoti, about some music awards show. Afterwards, the latter made the above song/video as a diss directed at the former. The song/video/twitter hashtag are based on a routine that two singers from Azerbaijan made previously - they filmed it, it went viral, and was used by Russian twitter users as an anti-Putin meme ("#Putincomeongetout").

This is what dubstep should have been - jungle tooWhere do I put this? The Dancehall thread, the Grime thread, post-dubstep? I absolutely love this and I so hope this will be followed up by more dancehall inspired music.
