I have a set from Puzzle in Gothenburg in 2007 that used to be up at Futureboogie, but that's taken down now. Might still be floating around. Would take me about 4 hours to upload on my crappy connection unfortunately.

Found another more recent one:

It was quality. MA1 played a load of good beats and then Sami Sanchez & D-Malice went B2B and made all of the tunes I have got sound ancient.

Sami dropped a load of his own productions. I think 2 of them were called Static and Dirty Trumpet, something like that. Malice dropped Sirens VIP and this one tune that sampled Godzilla which was one of the best Funky tunes I have heard. I need to hear these two DJ down at Plastic People.

Went to Urban Affair afterwards and Spooky & Smallz were going B2B playing Funky. First time I have seen people Migraine Skanking and doing the Heads, Shoulders thing. I was surprised at how low the ladies went when asked to wind down low :D

I gave Spooky the Dissensus address and he is going to put some mixes and beats up on here. He is playing at Chockablock on the 10th of April doing a 21st Birthday set (Free Entry). I was trying to get him to bring Esco Big Bars along but I doubt that will happen unfortunately. :(

Ach thank you for the Mak 10/Shantie set!

The second track - a funky remix of J-Will's "Deja Vu", I think - is AMAZING.

Yeah I was talking about the 'Dutty Trumpet' tune before, HHBanton played it on deja a few weeks back, very big. WIsh I'd made it down to this.

@Tim - no problem. I haven't heard the original, but you're right, it's a great track.

went to fridgebar last night. so sick! didnt stay right til the end sadly but it was non stop hard stuff when i was there. not sure who the dj was cos the mc seemed to be shouting out all diff names but the selection really was incredibly tight. there was one tune that sounded sort of like eskimo or some old wiley beats but funky-style that got a big reaction when it came on (anyone know what that might be?). lil silva got a big reaction too. seriously wicked night. had trouble sleeping when i got home lol.

wished i made it to bm soho too - any chance of those mixes being online? ;)

Yeah, I've been Persona before, always had a heavy night there. Nice vibe as well, most likely because it's a weekly thing so I'd presume there are regulars etc.

That 3 hour Karizma set posted upthread is fucking great, nice mixture of soulful and banging...

Crazy Legs in Bristol was good musically the other night, apart from some godawful MCing ruining Cooly G's set completely.
