i find it hard to know how to react to things like tik tok. Obviously I see it as dark dark dark but all that seems so besides the point.

Was watching this (quite annoying) video yesterday which sort of relates to this



What I remember from it is the idea that Gen Z humour is all about outpacing assimilation, which is impossible to avoid when everyone is on the internet, and so becomes ever more ironic, surreal, obscure
