Often it seems like it could be that photos have been taken from different angles

But I reckon there's a lot more nose jobs going on than the average layman who doesn't Google these things would suspect

I've seen the Instagram accounts of various people I meet on the street and they look like goddesses but in the flesh they weren't one bit noticeable so there's all sorts you can do without surgery too with the image
